We provide chauffeur-driven transportation, including airport transfers, corporate transportation, hourly chauffeur service, private city tours, chauffeur limousine service, special event transportation, and charter services. All services are subject to vehicle availability and service area coverage.
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. All reservations are subject to confirmation by Vantage Black Car.
Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond the complimentary limit, tolls, parking, airport fees, child safety seats, holiday surcharges, or late-night service. Payment is due using an accepted payment method before or at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We track flight status whenever flight details are provided at booking, and adjust pickup timing based on actual arrival. It's the passenger's responsibility to provide accurate flight information. Waiting-time policies may vary by airport and service type.
Passengers agree to provide accurate booking information, wear seat belts at all times, treat the vehicle with care, follow applicable laws during transport, and avoid illegal or unsafe behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger's behavior threatens the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
Our vehicles are professionally maintained and cleaned before every trip. Passengers may be held financially responsible for excessive cleaning or damage caused by smoking inside the vehicle, food or beverage spills, property damage, or intentional misuse.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Fees may apply depending on vehicle type, how close to pickup the change is made, and whether it's a special event or charter booking. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
While we aim for punctual service every time, we're not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, flight delays or cancellations, or public emergencies.
Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. If an item is found, we'll make a reasonable effort to return it, but we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Black Car isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our maximum liability won't exceed the amount paid for the specific transportation service in question.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious software, or reproduce site content without permission. All website content — text, graphics, logos, photos, and branding — is the property of Vantage Black Car unless otherwise noted.
